The "CULTURAL FIT" project has been awarded the SNEO-20231198 grant under the NEOTEC 2023 program, managed by the Spanish Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI), as part of the 2021-2023 State Plan for Scientific, Technical, and Innovation Research. Its main goal is to foster the creation and growth of technology-based companies in Spain.

Led by the University of Seville's spin-off Cultural Fit Solutions, S.L., this project focuses on developing an advanced technological platform based on data science and artificial intelligence to assess compatibility between individuals and organizations through their values. The solution is built upon the Cultural Fit Assessment Method (CFAM®), a scientifically validated model that evaluates the coherence and cohesion of corporate values, providing actionable metrics for talent management decision-making.
