This enables both the Job Seeker profile and the Business User profile to use MINZER as a tool for assistance, improvement, and facilitation in recruitment processes and job search. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS shall not be held liable for any relationships or connections established between the different profiles as a consequence of using the MINZER platform.

Job Seeker User Profile: an account registered by an individual to access the various functionalities offered by the platform. Business User Profile: an account created by a member of an entity or company interested in accessing the various functionalities of MINZER.
3. GENERAL TERMS OF USE
- As mentioned, the content of these Terms and Conditions constitutes a contract and therefore implies an obligation between the parties (CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS and the USER).
3.1 LINKS POLICY
- Both the website www.minzer.io and the MINZER platform may contain links to other websites or mention other sites, for which the owners of those sites are responsible. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS is not in any way responsible for issues or rights violations on third-party websites that may affect the user, so we recommend reading their respective legal notices.
- CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS does not recommend, promote, identify with, guarantee, represent, sponsor, or endorse any third-party website linked or mentioned in the reports obtained from using the platform. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS is not aware of the content and services of third-party websites linked on our site or platform, and therefore is not directly or indirectly liable for any damages arising from such content or services.
3.2 INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

3.3 ERRORS IN CONTENT
- At CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS we make every effort to provide accurate, appropriate, and up-to-date information; however, typographical errors, beyond our control, may occur. If a typographical error occurs in any displayed price and a USER has contracted a service based on that error, we will notify the USER, who will then have the right to cancel the contract at no cost. If the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the contracted service, the USER will have the right to cancel the contract without any cost. 3.4 REGISTRATION ON THE MINZER PLATFORM AND ACCOUNT CREATION
3.4.1 REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
- To access the MINZER platform and its functionalities, users must register. Registration on the MINZER platform by any person under 16 years of age is strictly prohibited. If CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS detects registration by a user under 18, it reserves the right to suspend the account and delete any content published or shared by that user.
3.4.2 ACCOUNT CREATION AND DELETION
CREATION OF A PERSONAL ACCOUNT
- Users can create, according to their characteristics: 1. Job Seeker User Profile This account is intended for individual users seeking employment who wish to access the various functionalities of the MINZER platform, including value tests and mindset reports, among others. To create a personal account, the user must complete a form providing personal information to create their profile on the platform. The user must follow the instructions provided in the form for proper registration. The personal data required are: Name Email Other data 2. Business User Profile This account is intended for Business Users who wish to access the various functionalities of MINZER, such as value comparisons, receiving data on personal profiles that align with their own values, and certification as a Values-Based Company®. To create this account, the user must complete a form providing personal information to create their profile on the platform. The user must follow the instructions provided for proper registration. During the account creation process, regardless of profile type, a valid email is required for registration. The user is responsible for ensuring that the email is active for any verification process. In addition, the user must select a password associated with the registration email for the MINZER platform. It is recommended to choose a non-obvious password. The user is responsible for keeping the password confidential, and if they suspect it has been compromised, they should change it immediately. By creating an account, the user expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions. The user guarantees that all data provided to CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS is truthful and corresponds to their actual information, and must notify CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS of any subsequent changes. If the USER detects any anomaly, they must immediately notify CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS at: rgpd@culturalfitsolutions.com, so that immediate cancellation can be effected. The user agrees to use the platform, website, and application in accordance with current legislation and these Terms of Use. DELETION OF A PERSONAL ACCOUNT
- The user may delete their account at any time; however, by doing so, they will lose access to all functionalities and services provided by the platform up to that moment. To request account deletion, the user must send an email to: rgpd@culturalfitsolutions.com with the subject "Delete Account". Fraudulent use of the account will result in the loss of the right to continue using the platform and may result in claims for damages. The user may terminate their relationship with CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS at any time by deleting their personal account. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS is not responsible for any relationships or obligations established between different users as a result of using the MINZER application for value compatibility analysis.
4. USE OF SERVICES AND USER OBLIGATIONS
4.1 SERVICE OFFERED BY THE MINZER PLATFORM
- The operational mechanism of the service offered by CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS through its platform is as follows:
A. JOB SEEKER USER PROFILE
- 1. A user browsing the CULTURAL FIT website can access the functionalities provided by the MINZER platform by first taking the value test based on the Cultural Fit Assessment Method. 2. Once registered, the user will undergo an evaluation using the Cultural Fit Assessment Method (CFAM®), a scientific method based on the Competing Values Framework (Quinn & Rohrbaugh, 1981). Objectives of the evaluation: - Identify the user's personal values. - Analyze their mindset and preferences in work environments. 3. After the evaluation, the Job Seeker may access: - A certificate of values and mindset, which reflects the user's predominant values based on their responses. This certificate is downloadable and can be used during the job search process. 4. In addition to the certificate, the Job Seeker may compare themselves with companies registered in the MINZER database. Within the database, the Job Seeker will find: - Certified "Values-Based Company®" companies, indicating that these companies have also undergone a prior evaluation using the CFAM Team & Company Diagnose® based on actual employee data. - Non-certified "Values-Based Company®" companies, whose corporate values are obtained from public information without a prior analysis by MINZER. 5. MINZER has an algorithm that compares the user's values with those available for each company, yielding a compatibility index. This index shows Job Seekers which companies best match their personal values, and the results are presented in a Compatibility Report that helps users identify companies with a compatible organizational culture. 6. The Compatibility Report can be downloaded from the Job Seeker's platform, displaying: - Predominant values - Degree of fit with registered companies - Companies with the highest cultural affinity The MINZER process enables Job Seekers to understand their professional identity through values, find compatible companies, and demonstrate their cultural fit with scientific data.
B. BUSINESS USER PROFILE
- The Business User profile will have access to the following functionalities: A) CFAM Team & Company Diagnose® Function: 1. A user browsing the CULTURAL FIT website as a company can register to access the MINZER platform. Registration requires providing full name, corporate email, and company name. 2. The user will be registered using the corporate email and a chosen password. 3. The registered Business User profile may access the Company Diagnose® service through a scientific evaluation that estimates how aligned the company's values are with those of its employees. This evaluation assesses: - Consistency of corporate values within the company profile. - Internal cohesion regarding existing values. - Validation of the company's values. 4. The Business User profile will have the option to apply filters (such as department, number of employees, and time frame) for the diagnosis. 5. Once filters are set, the platform generates access links and a QR code, which will be provided to employees to take the test, allowing the company to monitor participation. 6. Employees may access the Company Diagnose® via PC or mobile, with a 10-minute time limit. The test involves ordering the displayed corporate values hierarchically according to the employee's perception, comprising three evaluations: - Personal value evaluation - Evaluation of values experienced in the company - Evaluation of desired values 7. Once the employee completes the evaluations, a detailed Report and KPI are generated on the platform, accessible and downloadable by the company with interactive graphics. B) Values-Based Company® Certification Function: 1. This functionality provides companies with an official seal that certifies that the company not only declares its corporate values but also applies them in practice. 2. To obtain certification, the company must first complete the CFAM Team & Company Diagnose®, and must score at least 70% on one of the evaluations. 3. If the requirements are met, the Values-Based Company® Seal is issued for 12 months, along with a digital certificate, and the company is highlighted on the platform as certified. 4. Companies that do not meet the minimum score will have 6 months to implement improvements. C) Candidate Evaluation with CFAM Mindset Profiles®: The CFAM Mindset Profile® is a psychometric tool based on values that evaluates candidates and current employees within the company to ensure alignment with the organizational culture. A link is generated in the company panel for employees and candidates to take the evaluation, which must be completed in under 6 minutes. Once completed, a report is generated including: - Predominant mindset and key values - Ideal roles according to the candidate's mindset - Predicted behavior in the workplace - Ethical behavior index - Leadership style (transformational or transactional) - Mindset Fit: the degree of alignment between the candidate’s profile and the company’s culture - Cultural Fit: a comparison with the company’s current and desired culture The report is accessible and downloadable, with interactive graphs.
4.2 REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR PERSONAL USER PROFILES
- Users registering on the platform must accept the following requirements and obligations: - Provide truthful and accurate personal information, as failure to do so may alter the test results. - Be 18 years of age or older. - Use CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS services as a tool to analyze their personal values and, with their consent, compare them with the values of Business Users to assess compatibility. - Consent to the use of their personal data and the information provided for studies and platform functionality. - Consent to the transfer of their personal data to Business Users as a consequence of using the contracted services. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the information and content provided on the CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS website and the MINZER platform. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any user profile that violates these requirements, applicable laws, or that may damage its image or reputation.
4.3 REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS FOR BUSINESS USERS
- Users registering on the platform must accept the following requirements and obligations: - Must be 18 years of age or older, regardless of the business profile. - Provide truthful and accurate information during registration, without altering details regarding the company they represent. - Use the personal data provided in accordance with its intended purpose. By accepting these terms, the user acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the information and content provided on the CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS website and the MINZER platform. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any user profile that violates these requirements, applicable laws, or that may damage its image or reputation.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS
- Registration and access to the MINZER platform for Job Seeker profiles is completely free.
- Registration and access to the MINZER platform for Business User profiles require payment.
5.1 RATES
The rates corresponding to the services and functionalities provided by CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS through MINZER will be detailed and itemized during the registration and payment process. Prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the amounts to be paid.
CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS may make modifications as it deems appropriate, updating services as well as their associated rates. These modifications will not apply to users who have already registered and contracted the services.
5.2 PAYMENT METHOD
CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS processes payments for contracting services through a Secure Payment Platform.

Once the payment process is completed, the Business User profile will have access to the services indicated in section 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions.
6. INCIDENTS WITH THE PLATFORM
- CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS provides the website and its associated platform "as is", based on their availability. Services may be subject to limitations, delays, or other issues inherent in the use of the internet and electronic communications, and are not guaranteed to be available or error-free at all times. CULTURAL FIT SOLUTIONS is only responsible for access issues attributable to its systems or providers. It is not liable for service interruptions, connection errors, unavailability, or deficiencies in internet access, nor for network interruptions or any other reasons beyond its control.
7. LIABILITY
- Users must use the MINZER platform in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and good faith, and acknowledge that they are solely responsible for any consequences arising from their failure to meet these obligations.
- The user is fully responsible for any information they publish on the MINZER website, application, or platform, as well as for communications with other users. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, MINZER is available to all users, authorities, and security forces to actively collaborate in the removal or blocking of any content that may violate national or international law, third-party rights, or public order and morality. MINZER shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (i) inappropriate use of any MINZER service; (ii) breach of these Conditions; (iii) infringement of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights; (iv) violation of any applicable law or regulation; (v) the adequacy, accuracy, completeness, or legality of any content published by USERS; (vi) the security of packages transported through the MINZER platform; (vii) any issues with transactions between users.
